SKILLS REQUIRED Professional Skills: (Essential-E, Desirable-D) Educated to masters level in economics, agricultural economics, social sciences, mathematics, engineering. 2+ years experience in data management, data mining, reporting and communication. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, good knowledge of data analytics tools like Power Query in Excel or software like R is desired. Advanced experience with BI and data visualization tools, e. g. , Power [. .. ] attitude. (E) Excellent communication and presentation skills. (E) Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. (D) Excellent organisational skills with customer-oriented attitude. (D) Capacity to understand regulatory or policy documents for translating them into practical actions.
