[...] for an SAP BASIS Administrator to join our growing team This role will be coordinating all operational and maintenance activities in the projects and day-to-day support of all SAP components from SAP BASIS to work and support independently and collaborate effectively on Ingersoll Rands global, multi-functional SAP systems with different infrastructure platforms. Responsibilities: Execute SAP Operational Tasks-perform setup/ configuration, install, object transports, troubleshooting, error handling, performance tuning, and problem resolution; System upgrade-Assist in planning and executing SAP system SP and EHP installation; System refresh. Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies (Firewall Setup, load-balancer, virtual machine etc. , ) , cooperate with infrastructure teams to complete tasks of system design of hardware/ network [. .. ] knowledge and experience with different SAP infrastructure platforms with Could like SAP BTP, Azure with the database systems, like MS SQL Server, Oracle, HANA; and OS like Windows VM, Linux/ AIX, etc. Familiar with other SAP functional modules like ABAP, Finance, SD, Mm/PP with Basic knowledge; ability to cooperate with people at all SAP functional modules and SAP projects; Coordination and working experience with Developers, OS and hardware teams is preferred.
