[...] Cetaceans of the Baltic, North East Atlantic, Irish, and North Seas (ASCOBANS) The Agreement on the Conservation of African-Eurasian Migratory Waterbirds (AEWA) The Agreement on the Conservation of European Populations of Bats (EUROBATS) AEWA, headquartered in Bonn, Germany, is the largest agreement under CMS. Concluded on 16 June 1995 and entered into force on 1 November 1999, AEWA aims to achieve favourable conservation status for migratory waterbird populations. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) provides administrative functions for the CMS, AEWA, ASCOBANS, and EUROBATS Secretariats. This position is located in the AEWA Secretariat at the Bonn duty station, Germany. The incumbent reports to the Executive Secretary of CMS and is responsible for the efficient operation of AEWA, including reporting to the [. .. ]
