To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Application [. .. ] Reviewing contracts and preparing order confirmations Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction Providing technical support to our regional service companies worldwide Qualifications Completed technical training with further qualification as a technician Professional experience in international mechanical engineering, ideally in service or maintenance Knowledge in the field of paper machines and/or nonwoven calenders is an advantage Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems Sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills, and initiative Customer-and solution-oriented mindset with a confident demeanor Negotiation skills and solid commercial and contractual understanding Proficient in SAP and common MS Office applications Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a plus Willingness to travel [. .. ]
