[...] highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Liebscher Lab, where we investigate how neural circuit dysfunction drives CNS disorders, with a primary focus on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD) . Our mission is to uncover the cellular, molecular, and network mechanisms underlying disease progression and to translate these insights into therapeutic strategies. Our lab combines cuttingedge in vivo imaging, electrophysiology, and computational modeling with multiomics to bridge mechanistic understanding from the neuron to the brainwide circuit level. We are seeking a bioinformatics specialist to drive our multiomics projects and combine it with existing sn RN Aseq and GWAS data.
