Our mission is to uncover the cellular, molecular, and network mechanisms underlying disease progression and to translate these insights into therapeutic strategies. Our lab combines cuttingedge in vivo imaging, electrophysiology in mouse models and computational modeling with multiomics to bridge mechanistic understanding from the neuron to the brainwide circuit level. You will work on highresolution mapping of network changes during neurodegeneration and test interventions aimed at rescuing circuit dysfunction and evaluating outcomes using stateoftheart behavioral characterization.
