Organize and facilitate NAMTS training sessions, waterfront outreach, and engagement events at the assigned RMC/ AOR. Provide administrative, technical, process-improvement, and analytical support to the NAMTS program within the assigned RMC/ AOR. Evaluate program information and provide recommendations, lessons learned, and best practices to NTMA leadership, CNRMC, Project Management, and Technical Support teams. Enroll NAMTS candidates and track their progress within the RMC/ AOR. Maintain historical records, JQR feedback reports, [. .. ] operational design, and other data-collection methodologies to develop metrics for the RMC/ AOR and CNRMC. Communicate program concerns, updates, and process changes to RMC/ AOR stakeholders and CNRMC. Apply continuous process improvement to all assigned tasks. Proactively seek, document, and communicate project-team feedback.
