Your tasks Host the monthly KION CEO Council: Collect content input from different functions (Controlling IR Communications Legal Strategy) on your own responsibility and align different perspectives to a common view; Derive monthly state-of-the-union report to run KION CEO Council; Steer outward communication from the CEO Council to the Executive Board as well as internal and external stakeholders. Be the Project Management Leader for the CEO Council and the executive council that brings the top leaders in the company on a strategic cadence and manages the operating cadence (along with other corporate leaders) around the year including monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual summits Proactively steer the strategy into execution through a policy deployment model Prepare the KION Executive Board Sessions: Review documents to be submitted to the Board prior to release across all departments; Pre-align the content discussed by [. .. ]
