To this end, PCCP builds highrisk cargo and passengers risk assessment, identification and inspection capacities through establishment of nationally owned Port Control Units (PCUs) , Air Control Units (ACUs) and Land Control Units (LCUs) , staffed by customs, police, and other lawenforcement officers.
