Global Manufacturing Quality Manager (m f d) Shape the future of renewable energy with Voith Hydro As Global Manufacturing Quality Manager (m f d) , you will drive [. .. ] objectives. Ensure quality oversight across diverse manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on turbine and generator fabrication. Coordinate internal external inspection personnel according to ITP (production order) , including NDT, electrical, and dimensional checks. Manage inspection and calibration systems, including measurement systems and ITbased tracking. Create and maintain quality documentation; upload to IT systems and ensure accuracy. Provide input on testing technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, OPEX) . Perform process product audits, review quality documents, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Act as NDT coordinator and participate in FMEAs and mandatory problemsolving activities. Monitor plant performance through KPIs, initiate corrective actions, and drive preventive measures. Support Quality department priorities as defined by Head of Quality, ensuring flexibility and collaboration. Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across global manufacturing sites. Your Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing quality management, ideally in renewable energy or heavy industry. Proven leadership experience in a global environment. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, lean methodologies, and advanced quality tools. Excellent communication and intercultural skills; fluent in English (additional languages a plus) . [. .. ]
