Your Profile 5+ years in aircraft/ turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment. 5+ years as a supervisor or lead technician. Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMm/CMm/IPC) , and safety standards and quality. Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems. Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage. English B2+ (German is a [. .. ]
