Independently schedules, coordinates and performs cyclic and/or special fire risk management surveys of buildings, structures, troop billets, living quarters, schools, places of public assembly, maintenance shops, warehouses-hangers, ammunition storage areas and other hazardous areas and community facilities, based on legal requirements and inspection frequencies determined by the Fire Chief.
