The business services a wide range of customers in many different markets from automotive, construction, refrigeration, appliances, etc. The operators within the Clemson Site must adapt to change safely, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality requirements. The Operator III manufactures blended resin systems for foam application to meet our customer needs. This role works around a 3 rotating shift. Shift hours are:1st Shift: 5am-1:30pm2nd Shift: 1pm-9:30pm3rd Shift: 9pm-5:30am During your rotating shift as a Production Technician, you will Use product recipes to produce blended resin systems in [. .. ] by step batch instructions, and take samples as required. Load drums, totes, cylinders, and tank trucks with the final product. Unload raw materials via rail car to bulk storage, tank truck to bulk storage tank, tank truck to tote, and box vans of drums totes. Follow standard operating procedures to unload and check-in various raw materials for production. Be an integral part of the site s safety culture.
