Engineer, with an electronics/ hardware background (30.0-38.5 h/ week) . Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and continuously improve ISO1001based quality processes across production and engineering. Work closely with production teams to ensure quality controls are effective, documented, and consistently followed. Monitor product and process performance, identify quality trends, and propose [. .. ] systematic improvements. Drive a culture of quality by acting as a handson partner to production, engineering, and operations. Independently manage priorities, tasks, and followup actions. Qualifications Required: Degree in engineering (
mechanical, electronics, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Experience with quality processes, production environments, or hardware testing. Strong understanding of structured problemsolving and datadriven decisionmaking. Ability to work independently, proactively, and crossfunctionally.
