International research experience as well as experience in university administrative activities are also an asset. It is expected that the successful candidate is willing to acquire competitive third-party funding, to participate, in particular, in the RTF 2624, but also in other existing and future research networks, and to collaborate across disciplines with working groups in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science and, e. g. , the Medical Faculty of the HHU as well as with extra-university research institutes such as the Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine (IUF) in Düsseldorf.
