The primary responsibility is to manage digital radiology exams received from military treatment facilities, deployed units, local hospitals, and U. S. embassies. The clerk processes and archives these exams, responds to inquiries, and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations. They assist patients and staff by locating and releasing digital radiology records using systems such as FUJI Synapse (PACS) , MHS Genesis, ECIA, and Medweb. The clerk prepares daily reports, supports physicians with research requests, and helps patients access their exams through secure portals or encrypted CDs. The role also includes front desk duties, serving as the first point of contact for [. .. ] clerical work in an office or store, working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc. Auswahlkriterien auswählen Knowledge of Basic Medical Terminology desired.
