The core mission is to scale revenue by delivering critical infrastructure solutions for 5G, specifically focusing on microwave links and wireless backhaul systems. The role reports to Head of Sales Central and East Europe. For the purpose of the role, the selected candidate will be expected to travel across the German territory to attract new clients and further develop the existing customer base, ensuring the effective management and strengthening of current business relationships. Responsibilities Develop and implement long-term strategic sales plans to acquire new accounts and expand existing business. Build and maintain C-level relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) , Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) , System Integrators (SIs) , and specialized distributors. Identify opportunities driven by, Private Networks requirements, ISPs, 5G rollout in Germany, focusing on MW and Optical technologies for high-capacity urban and suburban backhaul.
