This role is responsible for administering and supporting Salesforce functionality by executing configuration, support, and enhancement work assigned by the Salesforce Product Owner Support Manager. The Salesforce Administrator works as part of a distributed Salesforce administration team in collaboration with U. S. -based Salesforce Administrators and Support roles through a shared ticketing and work management system. This role operates within a continuous, cross-time-zone operating model that enables efficient global Salesforce support and delivery. The Salesforce Administrator must understand business processes across multiple functional areas and translate operational needs into effective Salesforce solutions that align with the overall Salesforce product strategy and platform standards.
