This role blends creativity and organisation, from crafting engaging social media content to managing storytelling pipelines and assisting with internal communications. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with extremely strong administrative skills, a good design eye, and the ability to collaborate across a global, remote team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing support a. Create and edit graphics, reels, stories, and other content for [. .. ] Team, such as scheduling meetings, managing the content calendar, and tracking story assignments and leads. b. Maintain and update the teams project pipeline from idea to publication. c. Keep the photo and media libraries organized. d. Contribute to content creation that can be shared across GEMi and sending entities. e. Help to onboard and coordinate with new team members. Internal communications assistance a.
