Tasks and Responsibilities The Chief Medical Officer serves as the Organizations leading medical authority, holding responsibility for designing, implementing and monitoring medical and occupational health policies and procedures across the OSCE. The CMO ensures appropriate medical risk management, supports staff wellbeing, advises management and oversees OSC Ewide medical personnel.
