We are seeking a Health Safety (SHE) Supervisor to drive a strong [. .. ] are effectively implemented during the transportation, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage cable systems. You will work closely with contractors, clients, and project teams to safeguard people, assets, and the environment. Key Responsibilities Advise and guide project teams on SHE policies, compliance, and best practices Identify, assess, and help mitigate HSE risks throughout the project lifecycle Ensure required permits, authorizations, and SHE documentation are in placeli Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders on SHE objectives and communication Monitor contractor and third-party SHE performance; ensure adherence to the project safety management plan Report on SHE performance to the SHE Manager; track non-conformances Organize safety training, participate in audits, and attend safety meetings Required Qualifications Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) 3+ years of experience in SHE supervision on construction projects Completed recognized safety education/ certifications Proficient in MS Office Help us deliver safe, sustainable infrastructure that powers [. .. ]
