[...] role combines scientific expertise, customer training, and technical support, working with a portfolio that includes advanced multiplex and immunoassay technologies used in fields such as inflammation, oncology, metabolic disorders, neuroscience, and toxicology. Key Responsibilities Educate, train, and support customers on the companys immunoassay and analytical instrumentation portfolio, including data acquisition and interpretation. Deliver handson training for users of ELIS Astyle and multiplex assays, associated instruments, and software tools. Provide expert troubleshooting and optimization support for customer assays, including both standard and customdeveloped formats. Collaborate with research partners and customers developing bespoke immunoassays for diverse applications (e. g. , PK, immunogenicity, inflammation, oncology, neuroscience) . Support fieldbased scientific evaluations, seminars, and workshops to showcase technology capabilities. [. .. ]
