development plans, and foster a candid, non-retaliatory feedback culture. Contribute hands-on when neededreview code, design experiments, analyze results, and help unblock critical paths. You hold a (preferable Ph D) degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable subject.
