In this role the successful candidate is responsible for the development and accuracy of the 24-month horizon, business critical unconstrained demand plan through communication and shared responsibility with market segment, product management, and regional sales leaders. They gain alignment on actions to execute the plan, track progress to plan, communicate the approved plan to all stakeholders, and work to improve future plans. They analyze demand trends, challenge input vs. assumptions, and follow-up on actions from steps of the demand or [. .. ] statistics and implementation of an improved differentiated forecast strategy. Responsibilities Analyzes Multi View forecast inputs from sales, marketing, and product teams and challenges as appropriate. Validates statistics provided by demand analyst. Aligns, assures buy-in on plans including numbers, risks, opportunities and actions with sales, marketing, and product team members on a continuing basis. Continuously communicates, networks with and processes all relevant demand information into actionable plans for area of responsibility.
