It focuses on the design, development, and application of advanced materials across industries, education systems, and research, providing innovative learning programs that align with EU strategies. The Role We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented LMS and Training Support Administrator (m/f/d) to support the delivery of training programs within the EU Raw Materials Academy and EU Advanced Materials Academy. This role is a key operational position within the Education Team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Cornerstone On Demand Learning Management System (LMS) and a [. .. ] to respond clearly and patiently to user queries. Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing enrolments, attendance, and course data. Comfort working with digital tools such as video conferencing platforms, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools. Ability to work independently, manage routine tasks, and follow established processes reliably. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional EU languages are an asset) .
