Monitor financial performance, analyse trends and provide recommendations to improve efficiency. Partner with the GM Finance and Corporate Services to prepare annual and capital budgets and monitor expenditure. Prepare yearend accounts, coordinate external audits and support audit compliance. Develop and maintain pricing, billing and costing systems for strategic financial planning. Reporting/ Compliance Prepare endofmonth board reports including P L, Balance Sheet, variance analysis and forecasting. Support Regional Managers [. .. ] KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Mandatory qualifications, registrations and other requisites Full membership of professional body such as CPA or ICAA. Current QLD Class C Drivers Licence and ability to travel. NDIS Worker Screening Check Blue Card. Experience and Expertise Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate financial systems that minimise risk and improve organisational performance. Extensive experience developing budgets, financial reports and acquittals. Strong knowledge of pricing, billing and costing for strategic planning.
