Utilise credit knowledge in assessment of transactions and assistance of FO in focussing on key issues and analysis of key risks. Evaluate and challenge risks in legal documentation. Assessment of Underwrite request including evaluation of risks and propose credit strategy towards Net Take and Underwrite requests. Panel interviews are anticipated for the beginning of May. Purpose The New Products Unit is part of the New Products and Operational Policy Division and deals with new products development and implementation. Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and innovative financial instruments, including credit enhancements, risk sharing facilities, subordinated loans and quasiequity financings, and market subscriptions.
