Analytical Commercial Acumen : Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret market insights and financial metrics to drive portfolio decisions. Solid understanding of P L and commercial strategy. Experience in Tobacco or CPG sectors in East Europe/ CIS is a strong plus. Portfolio Project Management : Proven experience managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional projects independently, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
