The Team manages the entire IT Infrastructure including, but not limited to, Satellite Internet, TVRO, Network and Wi Fi Infrastructure, i TV System, Windws Servers and Clients. In this role, youll oversee the IT operations onboard, utilizing technologies such as Windows Server 2022/ 2019, Hyper-[. .. ] equivalent work experience. Proficiency in English. German language skills would also be a plus. A minimum of 2 years practical, hands-on experience in a similar role (e. g. System Administrator) . Good experience with Windows 2019-2022 installation and administration. Domain of Active Directory features (DHCP, DNS) and with Failover clusters. Ability to troubleshoot and repair PC and printer hardware. Good understanding of LAN and WLAN networking. Hands on experience installing hardware and software. Experience with VM Ware VSphere, Hyper-[. .. ] Good Power Shell knowledge. Good knowledge in Power Edge Dell servers series. Excellent time management. Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills. Follow directives of onboard management to adhere to all behavioral, safety and other rules for crew members and keep onboard management informed of any IT issues and policies that affect shipboard operations in their areas of responsibility. Feel comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and working autonomously. A can-do mindset and are excited about driving change in a fast-paced environment. [. .. ]
