Manages the Project Management Relationship with Architect/ Engineer contractor firms to ensure design excellence and space requirements are met. Prepares correspondence, technical reports, fact sheets, status reports, and schedules as required to complete project assignments. Reviews and evaluates shop drawings, samples and material certifications submitted by contractor for contract and performance requirements, recommending approval, rejection or revision.
