Artist Managers partner with our productions to make sure they are appropriately staffed through all phases of production and that teams have the skills and experience to achieve studio [. .. ] and development needs Identifies, develops and works with department leaders and Talent Development and Training to execute core and bespoke curriculum for talent and craft department Awareness of the holistic makeup of their department and is able to forecast future talent needs and identify ways to proactively solve them (e. g. , recruiting, training courses, etc) Partner closely with HRBPs to manage and support Talent performance, coaching, studio culture and engagement.
