Reviews content to ensure consistency of information and clarity of expression. Edits and rewrites the content of publications to make material understandable without altering meaning. Reviews publications for correct grammar, usage, punctuation, spelling, and legibility. Updates graphics in publications, as necessary. Works with staff offices throughout the Army [. .. ] legibility. Interpret, write, or rewrite complex directives in the subjects of personnel, installation management, intelligence, operations, logistics, signal (networking, communications, information management) , engineering, resource management, knowledge management, chaplain activities, medical activities, inspector general activities, judge advocate activities, provost marshal activities, safety, and staff finance and accounting activities. Ensure that all assigned publications, when completed, conform to or exceed the editorial standards and requirements specified in applicable regulations, manuals, and guides on style, writing, preparing and managing correspondence, and publishing.
