RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and identify samples according to internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements for medical devices. Independently perform routine analyses (microbiological or physico-chemical) on production samples. Log and track samples in electronic or manual laboratory systems, ensuring full traceability. Conduct and monitor routine testing using laboratory instruments and equipment. Identify, report, and initiate investigations for any anomalies or non-conforming results. Perform daily verification, calibration, and maintenance checks on laboratory instruments. Accurately document observations, calculations, and test results for evaluation and reporting. Archive laboratory records and reports in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to GMP and biosafety standards. Participate in laboratory housekeeping, safety, and environmental initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by laboratory management in support of production and quality control activities.
