Monitoring assigned global oceangoing vessels and voyages from fixing notice via planning and execution phase until voyage closure. Principal accountabilities : Responsibilities Support the implementation of operational plans together with the Operations and Chartering Team Coordinate with internal teams and external partners following established best practices. Assist in ensuring smooth vessel operations during port calls. Supervise execution of voyage plans to meet customer, service, quality and financial objectives. Keep customers updated on basic operational matters and support commercial communication together with the Chartering Department and Opportunity Owner. Planning Coordination Assist with daily planning and coordination of voyages, load and discharge operations, and basic stowage [. .. ]
