Your seat to fill: Define and execute the assortment strategy for thirdparty brands in line with overall brand positioning [. .. ] demand. Own Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and allocate budgets across categories, brands, and markets. Manage margins, inventory levels, and financial performance while driving forecasting and inseason trading decisions. Analyze sales performance, sellthrough rates, margins, and stock levels. Identify risks and opportunities and implement corrective actions such as reorders, markdowns, or product exits. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers. Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, margins, exclusivity, and delivery terms while ensuring high standards in quality and reliability. [. .. ] enhance brand perception and generate demand. Manage stock levels and implement strategies to minimise overstock and markdown risks while optimising overall inventory performance. Undertake additional tasks as required by the supervisor that align with the nature of the role and evolving business needs.
