[...] Reports to: General Manager Operations Kassel Support manufacturing operations by ensuring product and process quality across incoming materials, in-process controls, and final product verification. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problemsolving methods such as 8D and RCA. Manage nonconforming materials and support MRB disposition processes with crossfunctional teams. Develop and maintain inspection plans, AQL sampling strategies, and quality documentation. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including validation plans, PFMEA development, and process control implementation. Analyze quality and manufacturing data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with manufacturing engineering to improve process stability, yield, and defect reduction. Participate in internal and supplier quality audits and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. Support supplier quality activities and collaborate with supply chain teams to improve supplier performance. Contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs within the Kassel site.
