Youll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Engineer, youll get involved with: Leading mentoring junior team members Maintaining existing building new client relationships Modelling, design documentation of roads subdivisions, drainage, hydraulics earthworks Technical input to ensure designs meet project needs Timely and budget-conscious project delivery Key Skills Attributes To excel in this role, you will ideally have: A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Aust. ) 10-20 years of engineering experience Familiarity with Austroads/ NZ standards Australian regulations Experience in geometric design and modeling, e. g. , 12D or similar Strong in design of roads, subdivisions, drainage earthworks Excellent communication skills ability to build relationships Proactive approach to mentoring and team management Whats on Offer This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values your professional and personal growth.
