This position will provide advanced audiovisual engineering, system maintenance, integration, and lifecycle management support. Successful candidates will possess strong technical proficiency with hands-on Crestron experience and a strong background in AV system maintenance, [. .. ] AV systems within existing IT infrastructure. Perform system checks, configuration adjustments, and performance optimization. Maintenance Lifecycle Management Conduct routine and preventive maintenance in accordance with OEM specifications. Perform software updates, firmware upgrades, and hardware inspections. Develop and maintain lifecycle replacement plans for AV systems and components. Coordinate procurement and replacement of non-warranty parts with program stakeholders. Troubleshooting Emergency Support Diagnose and resolve hardware, firmware, networking, and connectivity issues.
