ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an Assistant Trader to research, monitor, and execute our daily trades. The ideal candidate will be a junior to mid-level professional. Frequent interaction with other traders, quants, and senior management will be required so communication and collaboration skills are essential. Must have previous exposure to manually trading many different asset classes [. .. ] order flow and executing trades using an electronic trading platform. Maintain and upgrade existing spreadsheets and trading tools. Work closely with operations team, brokers, and prime brokers to assure proper trade allocations and resolve breaks. Monitor the behavior of execution algorithms and collaborate with the senior trader to improve execution quality. Interact with brokers and bank dealing desks on a regular basis.
