You will act as host, entrepreneur and brand ambassador, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving financial performance and team development. Your responsibilities: Full P L responsibility and overall economic performance of the property Lead, inspire, and develop all department heads and their teams Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and quality standards Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, F B, Housekeeping, Sales, etc. ) Develop and implement commercial strategies in close collaboration with HQ Drive revenue management, budgeting, and effective cost control Act as the hotels representative towards guests, partners, and local stakeholders Support repositioning, renovation, or brand development projects where required Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Several years of experience in a General Manager or Hotel Director position Strong commercial acumen with proven P L management expertise A leadership-driven personality with a hands-on [. .. ]
