The role oversees and supports the effective management of people practices across the employee lifecycle and provides trusted guidance on employee and industrial relations, performance, policy and workforce risk matters. Support learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training programmes and assisting leaders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities. Provide guidance to leaders on workforce risk management, succession planning and strategies to build organisational resilience.
