In addition, the role oversees office management tasks including contractor/ vendor oversight, site security and access administration, maintenance scheduling, and business continuity support, while fostering a strong safety culture. Emergency preparedness: coordinate evacuation drills; maintain emergency response plans; ensure fire safety arrangements and coverage of wardens/ first aiders. Occupational health wellbeing: coordinate medical checks; manage ergonomic assessments and reasonable adjustments; liaise with occupational physician and works council. Environmental management: oversee waste segregation/ recycling and compliant disposals; support energy/ water efficiency and behavioral campaigns; track basic environmental KPIs. FM operations oversight: coordinate external facility service provider and monitor delivery of hard/soft services (HVAC, electrical, cleaning, waste, office moves) ; set priorities; monitor KPIs/ SLAs. Projects landlord interface: coordinate facility projects; manage operational exchange with external facility service provider and landlord; interface on lease matters (space, obligations, alterations, reinstatement) .
