You will engineer and support bespoke marine transport, stowage and load-out solutions for ad-hoc and project-based operations, involving Heavy Lift and MPP vessels, deck carriers, barges, SPMTs, hydraulic platform trailers. The role spans early feasibility through execution support, ensuring [. .. ] and efficient stowage of OOG and heavy cargo on vessels for both feasibility studies and live projects. Develop and optimise stowage plans for different vessel types, considering cargo dimensions, weight distribution, securing requirements, vessel stability, structural strength, and overall safety. Plan and assess barge and deck carrier load-outs, including marine transport concepts and operational methodologies. Evaluate deck strength, load spreading systems and grillage structures.
